Artificians AI Consulting helps enterprises and government bodies decide what to build, where to run it, and how to govern it — before they commit budget. We advise on strategy, sovereign architecture, compute infrastructure and oversight, and we do it without asking you to replace the systems you already run.
Artificians AI Consulting is an advisory service for organizations that run operations where failure is costly: government agencies, banks, critical infrastructure operators and industrial groups. It covers the full decision chain from use-case selection to architecture, infrastructure sizing, pilot delivery and governance.
The service is built by the team that develops BEVYMIND, a sovereign intelligence layer for multimodal analysis, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and offline models. Recommendations therefore come from people who ship and operate these systems, not from slide-only analysis.
Engagements are scoped to your situation. A consulting engagement does not require you to buy or deploy any Artificians product.
Six advisory domains cover the decisions that most often decide whether an AI programme reaches production. You can engage on one domain or on all six.
We rank candidate use cases by operational value, data readiness and risk, so that the first project is one you can finish and measure.
We design on-premise, air-gapped and hybrid deployments, including offline models, so that sensitive data stays inside your legal and physical perimeter.
We help size GPU capacity, power and liquid-cooling requirements, and compare hosting locations in Europe and the Gulf against your data-residency rules.
We assess documents, databases and sensor feeds for retrieval quality, access rights and language coverage, including Arabic and German content.
We define human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit logging and access controls, and map them to GDPR, the EU AI Act and Gulf data-protection laws.
We plan how an AI layer connects to the systems already in place, so that no existing platform has to be removed to get value.
Every engagement follows four phases. Each phase ends with a written deliverable and a decision point, so you can stop, adjust or continue.
We interview stakeholders, review systems and data, and agree the problem statement. Deliverable: a readiness assessment and a ranked use-case list.
We produce the target architecture, the infrastructure and sizing options, and the governance model. Deliverable: an architecture decision document with costed alternatives.
We build a scoped pilot, such as a RAG assistant on your own documents, with human approval steps and audit logs enabled from day one. Deliverable: a working pilot and an evaluation report.
We transfer knowledge to your team and set out the roadmap for scaling. Deliverable: runbooks, a governance checklist and a staged rollout plan.
Most consultancies advise on AI without building or running it. Artificians develops a sovereign AI platform, so our advice is tested against real deployment constraints such as air-gapped networks, offline model hosting and audit requirements.
We also start from your environment rather than from a product. The aim is to extend what you operate with an AI layer, and to keep decisions about critical processes with your people.
Artificians serves clients in Germany and the wider European market, and across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including the UAE. Having both regions in view matters when a European organization is weighing GPU capacity abroad, because data-residency, export and sovereignty rules differ by location.
For infrastructure questions we work with local partners and developers where a project needs them. We tell you who is involved, and in which role, before any introduction is made.
Pricing depends on scope, number of phases and the sites involved. After an initial conversation we send a fixed-scope proposal for the Assess phase, so you know the cost before you commit.
No. The consulting service is independent of our platform. If a recommendation involves BEVYMIND or another Artificians product, we state this explicitly and show the alternatives we considered.
Yes. Sovereign offline models can run entirely on infrastructure you control, with no cloud connection. This suits classified, regulated or air-gapped environments, though smaller models may trade some capability for control.
We design human-in-the-loop checkpoints into every workflow. Automated steps run under defined limits, and actions with operational or legal impact require approval from a named role, with each decision logged for audit.
We align designs with GDPR and the EU AI Act for European clients, and with the data-protection rules of the relevant Gulf jurisdictions, such as UAE and Saudi law. We are not a law firm, so we work with your legal counsel on binding interpretations.
Yes. We help you define requirements for compute density, power, liquid cooling, connectivity and data residency, and compare candidate locations against them. We do not guarantee capacity or availability at any site.
No. Our approach is integration without rip-and-replace. We plan how AI layers connect to your current platforms and keep your existing investments in use.
Tell us your environment and your constraints. We will reply with a fixed-scope proposal for the first phase.
